Hash Price definition

Hash Price means the quotient of (x) the product of the average daily close Bitcoin price during the month (per xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/quote/BTC-USD/history?p=BTC-USD) and the prevailing block subsidy and 86,400,000,000,000,000 and (1+ Average Monthly Transaction Fees as a % of Block Reward and (y) the product of the average difficulty (per xxxxx://xxx.xxx/stats/diff) and 4,294,967,296.
