Haul Routes definition

Haul Routes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
Haul Routes has the meaning given in Section 12.1.2(a)(i).
Haul Routes means Roads identified in a map submitted to the Carbon County Road and Bridge department prior to commencement of construction showing the Roads to be used by the Company to move/haul goods, equipment and materials. The parties will agree to the Haul Route(s) prior to construction, and Haul Routes must be approved in writing by County.

More Definitions of Haul Routes
