Hazard assessment definition

Hazard assessment means conducting all of the following activities:
Hazard assessment means an evaluation of the potential on-site and off-site consequences of an accidental release [and the accident history of a facility] that an owner or operator develops pursuant to NAC [459.95362 to 459.95378,] 459.95364 to 459.95376, inclusive.
Hazard assessment means an evaluation of a user premises designed to evaluate the types and degrees of hazard at a user’s premises.

More Definitions of Hazard assessment

Hazard assessment means assessment of hazards associated with facilities, activities or sources in order to identify those events and the associated areas for which such protective actions and other response actions may be required that would be effective in mitigating the consequences of such events;
