  • When anyone identifies a condition that may warrant coverage under appropriate categories of Environmental Differential Pay (EDP) or Hazardous Duty Pay (HDP) they may initiate an EDP/HDP Situation Request IAW the applicable Agency Regulation.

  • Employees hired after July 1, 1997, shall not be eligible for the three percent (3%) Hazardous Duty Pay Supplement.
