Hazardous Materials Release definition

Hazardous Materials Release means any release, spill, emission, leaking, pumping, injection, deposit, disposal, discharge, dispersal, leaching or migration into the indoor or outdoor environment, including the movement of Hazardous Materials through ambient air, soil, surface water, groundwater, wetlands, land or subsurface strata.
Hazardous Materials Release means any spill, leak, emission, release, discharge, injection, escape, leaching, dumping or disposal of Hazardous Materials into the soil, air, surface water, groundwater or indoor or outdoor environment, including any of the foregoing that exacerbates an existing release or condition of Hazardous Materials contamination.
Hazardous Materials Release means any release, spill, leak, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharge, injection, escaping, leaching, dumping or disposing into the environment (air, land or water) of any Hazardous Materials. “Herein”, “hereunder”, “hereinbelow”, “above” and/or “below”, and any terms of like import, shall be interpreted to mean this Lease as a whole, and not merely the Section, paragraph or subparagraph within which such term is set forth.
