HD Agreements definition

HD Agreements shall collectively mean the Subscription License Agreement for High Definition Channels for Headend in the Sky and the Addendum to the Subscription License Agreement – HD Bouquet.

Related to HD Agreements

  • VIE Agreements means the documents as set forth in Appendix B hereto.

  • Existing Agreements means the [*****].

  • Seller Agreements means those agreements between Seller and third parties, including Artists and/or Distributors, wherein Seller is entitled to receive the Percentage Interest of all Assets.

  • PJM Agreements means the PJM OATT, PJM Operating Agreement, PJM RAA and any other applicable PJM manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

  • Assumed Agreements shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2.
