HDD Business definition

HDD Business has the meaning set forth in the Form of General Assignment and Assumption Agreement attached hereto as Schedule 1. ----------
HDD Business has the meaning set forth in the Assignment Agreement.
HDD Business means the Company's business of designing, developing, manufacturing, marketing, selling and servicing hard disk drives for the desk-top computer and consumer electronics devices markets and generally comprises the HDD Assets and the HDD Liabilities.
