Head Teacher Band 3 definition

Head Teacher Band 3 means a person who is appointed as such on either a permanent or temporary basis to perform a senior educational leadership role for a faculty, several faculties, college, campus, or region. The Head Teacher Band 3 does not have specific teaching duties allocated, but may take on direct teaching from time to time as needed.
