The parties agree to comply with the Employee Participation Agreement in each District Health Board.

The employer shall pay an employee on an on-call roster an availability allowance of up to 10% of salary (full-time equivalent) based on the formula specified in Appendix B of the Waikato District Health Board Senior Medical and Dental Officers Collective Agreement 1 July 2001 to 30 April 2003.
