Local Health Board. (“Bwrdd Iechyd Lleol”) means a Local Health Board established under section 11 of the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 (c.42);

For the purpose of the service the Local Health Board shall inform the provider immediately, in writing, of the details of any officer authorised to act on its behalf.
