Health Business definition

Health Business means a segment of the Accelerated Learning Business that offers physical education and health solutions under the SPARK brand.
Health Business the business of an administrator, sales agent or broker, health maintenance organization, insurer or reinsurer, of medical, dental, vision, group life, short or long term disability, COBRA, Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP or similar benefits.
Health Business means the Company's master group health policies including those numbered GH1000, GH1002, GH1150, GH1200, GH2000, GH3001 and GH3003, together with all renewals thereof, and all issued certificates of insurance which evidence coverage thereunder.
