Health Educator means a health care professional having at least a Master's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography who is employed by the Contractor.

Health Educator means an individual who is responsible for assessing individual and community health education needs; planning, implementing, and evaluating effective health education programs; coordinating health education services; serving as a resource person in health education; and communicating health and health education needs, concerns, and resources.

Examples of Health Educator in a sentence

  • This Agreement may be terminated by District upon thirty (30) days written notice to Health Educator if the District should decide to abandon or indefinitely postpone the project which is the subject of the Scope of Services.

  • In the event of a termination based upon abandonment or postponement by District, the District shall pay the Health Educator for all Services performed and all expenses incurred under this Agreement supported by documentary evidence up until the date of the abandonment or postponement.

  • Invoices must reflect all costs incurred in sufficient detail, the Health Educator shall submit to District any documentation necessary to substantiate the full and satisfactory performance of the services of which payment is requested.

  • Health Educator shall not be entitled to anticipatory, lost profits or consequential damages as a result of any termination under this Article.

  • Health Educator further covenants that in the performance of this Agreement, no person having any such interest shall be employed or retained by it under this Agreement.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall create a contractual relationship with or a cause of action in favor of any third party against either the District or Health Educator.

  • This Agreement may be terminated by District immediately and without notice to Health Educator in the event of a substantial failure of performance, including insolvency of Health Educator, or upon District's discovery of a violation of any term, condition, or provision of this Agreement on the part of the Health Educator.

  • The Health Educator is prohibited from publishing any information, conclusions or developments resulting from its work under this Agreement.

  • District desires Health Educator to provide these services, and Health Educator is willing to provide these specialized services, in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.

  • If, after the notice of termination for substantial failure of performance, it is determined that Health Educator has not so failed, the termination shall be deemed to have been effected for the convenience of District subject to Paragraph "C" of this Article.
