Health history means the record of a person’s past health events obtained in writing, completed by the individual or their physician.
Health screening means the use of one or more diagnostic tools to test a person for the presence or precursors of a particular disease.

Market Abuse means any unscrupulous behavior addressed by applicable regulations.
Health hazard means any condition, device or practice in a water system or its operation resulting from a real or potential danger to the health and well-being of consumers. The word "severe" as used to qualify "health hazard" means a hazard to the health of the user that could be expected to result in death or significant reduction in the quality of life.
Child abuse means any of the following acts committed in an educational setting by an employee or volunteer against a child:
Health Care Operations shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA 2 Privacy Rule in 45 CFR § 164.501.
Radiopharmaceutical quality assurance means, but is not limited to, the performance of appropriate chemical, biological, and physical tests on potential radiopharmaceuticals and the interpretation of the resulting data to determine their suitability for use in humans and animals, including internal test assessment, authentication of product history, and the keeping of proper records.
Health carrier or "carrier" means a disability insurer

Such conduct may include but shall not be limited to intimidation, threats, the display of a weapon or other object that could reasonably be perceived by a service recipient as a means for infliction of pain or injury, in a manner that constitutes a threat of physical pain or injury, taunts, derogatory comments or ridicule.
Department of Health and Human Services means the Department of Health and Human Services
