Health systems agency definition

Health systems agency means a conditionally or fully designated health systems agency for a health service area within this state designated pursuant to section 1515 of title 15 of the public health services act, 42 U.S.C. 300l-4.
Health systems agency means a health systems agency as defined in subsection (a) of Section 300(l)-1 of Title 42 of the United States Code. (Added by Stats. 1980, Ch. 1260.)
