Health Systems Division definition

Health Systems Division or “HSD” means for the purpose of this Agreement, the division of OHA that is responsible for Community Mental Health, Addiction Treatment, Recovery, & Prevention, and Problem Gambling Services.
Health Systems Division means the Division within the Oregon Health Authority that administers the Oregon Health Plan.¶
Health Systems Division or “HSD” means for the purpose of this Agreement, the division of OHA that is responsible for the functions described in ORS 430.021(2), including but not limited to coordinating, assisting, and directing a community mental health program in cooperation with local government units and integrate such a program with the state Community Mental Health Program, and direct and coordinate Addiction Treatment, Recovery, & Prevention Services and Problem Gambling Services.
