HealthCare SDA definition

HealthCare SDA means that certain Separation and Distribution Agreement, dated as of November 7, 2022, by and between Parent and GE Healthcare Holding LLC (n/k/a GE HealthCare Technologies Inc.), as amended by Amendment No. 1 to Separation and Distribution Agreement, dated as of January 2, 2023.

Examples of HealthCare SDA in a sentence

  • Any Insurance Proceeds received for the benefit of both the Parent Group and the SpinCo Group shall be distributed pro rata based on the respective share of the underlying loss (taking into account any corresponding obligations under the HealthCare SDA).

  • Health care provider or "provider" means:

  • Home health care services means medical and nonmedical services, provided to ill, disabled or infirm persons in their residences. Such services may include homemaker services, assistance with activities of daily living and respite care services.
