Healthcare Service Business definition

Healthcare Service Business means a business, the majority of whose revenues are derived from providing or arranging to provide or administering, managing or monitoring healthcare services or any business or activity that is reasonably similar thereto or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto.
Healthcare Service Business means a business, the majority of whose revenues are derived from arranging to provide or administering, managing or monitoring healthcare services, or any business or activity that is reasonably similar thereto (including, for the avoidance of doubt, a business providing inpatient or outpatient abuse treatment services for individuals with drug or alcohol addiction) or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto.
Healthcare Service Business means a business, the majority of whose revenues are derived from providing or arranging to provide or administering, managing or monitoring healthcare services or any business or activity that is reasonably similar thereto or a reasonable extension, development or expansion thereof or ancillary thereto, including, without limitation, the issuance of insurance for healthcare services.

(F) "Trade Secret" for purposes of Unit Agreement shall mean information, including, but not limited to, technical or nontechnical data, a formula, a pattern, a compilation, a program, a device, a method, a technique, a drawing, a process, financial data, financial plans, product plans, or a list of actual or potential customers or suppliers that: (i) derives economic value, actual or potential, from not being generally known to, and not being readily ascertainable by proper means by, other persons who can obtain economic value from it is disclosure or use, and (ii) is the subject of reasonable efforts by SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate to maintain its secrecy.

  • Healthcare Facility means that portion of the Project operated on the Land as a Nursing Home, Intermediate Care Facility, Board and Care Home, Assisted Living Facility, and/or any other healthcare facility authorized to receive mortgage insurance pursuant to Section 232 of the National Housing Act, as amended, including any commercial space included in the facility.
