Heat Supply definition

Heat Supply means the supply of hot water produced by Our System for the purposes of providing heating and hot water to Your Heating System.
Heat Supply the supply of heat generated by the Energy Plant and Equipment or any Temporary Heat Solution to Customers, enabled by the Heat Distribution Network, and Heat shall be construed accordingly.

Examples of Heat Supply in a sentence

  • Our Connection Works form part of Our System under the Heat Supply Agreement.

  • Forming the Contract We can only provide Heat Supply to properties in a specified area of Swaffham Prior.

  • In order to commence the Heat Supply, Your Landlord Works and Our Connection Works will need to be completed in accordance with the requirements of this Contract (see paragraph 2 above).

  • We may be able to agree a payment plan with You and We can give You advice on how to reduce Your Bill by being efficient with the Heat Supply You use.

  • Providing the Heat Supply means that We will make available the Heat Supply to Your Heating System as set out in this Contract (in particular Appendix 6).
