Heavy Maintenance Check definition

Heavy Maintenance Check means a C Check, a Structural Check, an Engine Performance Restoration, APU Medium Repair Shop Visit, an Engine LLP replacement and a Landing Gear Overhaul;
Heavy Maintenance Check means a C Check, a Structural Check, an Engine Performance Restoration, APU Medium Repair Shop Visit and a Landing Gear Overhaul;
Heavy Maintenance Check means a 4C/5Y check or 8C/10Y check, as the case may be, or equivalent zonal/structural checks;

  • The notice shall provide details of the age from delivery by the Manufacturer and number of block hours since the last Heavy Maintenance Check of the proposed Replacement Aircraft.

  • If a block of Option Aircraft is exercised, Federal Express shall notify MDC if the P to F Modification and/or Initial Heavy Maintenance Check and/or Rigid Cargo Barrier is to be performed on each such Option Aircraft at the time Federal Express exercises the option for such block of Option Aircraft.

  • Customer Requested Services shall be performed at either a Heavy Maintenance Check Location (if the Aircraft at such Heavy Maintenance Check Location) or a Line Maintenance Location as specified in the applicable Statement of Work.

  • At delivery of the Aircraft for a Heavy Maintenance Check, Maintenance Provider and the Designated Customer Representative shall conduct an inventory of all Inventory on board the Aircraft and prepare and sign a Loose Equipment Inventory List listing all such Inventory on board the Aircraft at delivery.

  • Maintenance Provider shall keep complete records and accounts from which may be determined the actual cost any Heavy Maintenance Check provided under this Agreement.

  • At the time an Aircraft is delivered for a Heavy Maintenance Check, the parties shall agree upon a date (the "Scheduled Redelivery Date") on which such Aircraft is expected to be redelivered to Customer upon completion of the relevant Services, which date is subject to subsequent adjustment as provided in Article 5.D below.

  • AMPS Basic Maintenance Amount, as of any Valuation Date, means the dollar amount equal to (i) the sum of (A) the product of the number of shares of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding on such Valuation Date multiplied by the sum of (a) $25,000 and (b) any applicable redemption premium attributable to the designation of a Premium Call Period; (B) the aggregate amount of cash dividends (whether or not earned or declared) that will have accumulated for each share of AMPS and Other AMPS Outstanding, in each case, to (but not including) the end of the current Dividend Period that follows such Valuation Date in the event the then current Dividend Period will end within 49 calendar days of such Valuation Date or

  • Monthly Maintenance Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.6;

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Spread Maintenance Premium means, with respect to any payment or prepayment, an amount equal to the product of the following: (i) the LIBOR Margin, the Alternate Rate Spread or the Base Rate Spread then applicable to each such future installment of interest, multiplied by (ii) the principal amount of the Loan so prepaid, and multiplied by (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the number of days following the date through which interest on the prepaid amount has been paid through and including December 14, 2019, and the denominator of which is 360.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Yield Maintenance Amount means, with respect to any Note, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Discounted Value of the Called Principal of such Note over the sum of (i) such Called Principal plus (ii) interest accrued thereon as of (including interest due on) the Settlement Date with respect to such Called Principal. The Yield-Maintenance Amount shall in no event be less than zero.

  • Furniture maintenance product means a wax, polish, conditioner or any other product designed for the purpose of polishing, protecting or enhancing finished wood surfaces other than floors but does not include dusting aids, wood cleaners, products designed solely for the purpose of cleaning and products designed to leave a permanent finish such as stains, sanding sealers and lacquers.

  • Operation and Maintenance Expenses or ‘O&M expenses' means the expenditure incurred on operation and maintenance of the project, or part thereof, and includes the expenditure on manpower, repairs, spares, consumables, insurance and overheads;

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Maintenance area means any geographic region of the United States previously designated nonattainment pursuant to the CAA Amendments of 1990 and subsequently redesignated to attainment subject to the requirement to develop a maintenance plan under Section 175A of the CAA, as amended.

  • Yield Maintenance Premium means the amount (if any) which, when added to the remaining principal amount of this Note, will be sufficient to purchase U.S. Obligations providing the required Scheduled Defeasance Payments; and

  • Monthly Excess Cashflow For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Monthly Excess Interest and Overcollateralization Release Amount, if any, for such date.

  • Yield Maintenance Period means the period from and including the date of this Note until but not including the Scheduled Initial Maturity Date.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Maintenance Outage means a time period during which Seller plans to reduce the Power Output of the Power Product, in full or in part, in order to facilitate maintenance work on the Generating Facility, other than a Major Overhaul.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Yield Maintenance Account The separate trust account maintained and held by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.16, which account shall bear a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held in trust for the benefit of the Trust on behalf of the Class A Certificateholders, and which account provides that the Trustee may make, or cause to be made, withdrawals therefrom in accordance with Section 3.16.
