Examples of Hedge Contracts in a sentence
Schedule 4.20 sets forth, as of the date hereof, a true and complete list of all Interest Hedge Agreements, Hydrocarbon Hedge Agreements, and Hedge Contracts of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, the material terms thereof (including the type, term, effective date, termination date and notional amounts or volumes), the net ▇▇▇▇ to market value thereof, all credit support agreements relating thereto (including any margin required or supplied), and the counterparty to each such agreement.
No Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender shall have any voting rights under any Loan Document as a result of the existence of obligations owed to it under Hedge Contracts.
In such event, in determining the pro rata shares under this Section 8.05, the Lenders shall include the aggregate amount (giving effect to any netting agreements) that would be owing to such Swap Counterparty if such Hedge Contracts were terminated at the time of determination.
Other than Hydrocarbon Hedge Agreements described in Schedule 4.20, no other Hedge Contracts are required on the date hereof.
