Hedge Percentage definition

Hedge Percentage. With respect to:
Hedge Percentage has the meaning specified in Section 4.28 of the Indenture.
Hedge Percentage. On any day (a) prior to the occurrence of a Hedge Trigger, 0%, and (b) on or after the day on which a Hedge Trigger occurs, 100%.

Hedge Percentage. (a) On any day that the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance exceeds $150,000,000, (i) an amount equal to 100% if the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Fixed Rate Loans on such date exceeds $50,000,000, or (ii) an amount equal to 0% if the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Fixed Rate Loans is less than or equal to $50,000,000, or (b) on any day that the Aggregate Outstanding Loan Balance is less than or equal to $150,000,000, (i) an amount equal to 100% if the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Fixed Rate Loans on such date exceeds $20,000,000, or (ii) an amount equal to 0% if the sum of the Outstanding Loan Balances of all Fixed Rate Loans on such date is less than or equal to $20,000,000.

Hedge Percentage means, with respect to any Determination Date and any Hedge Agreement, an amount equal to the quotient of (a) the notional amount of such Hedge Agreement as of the last day of the prior Collection Period, divided by (b) the Note Principal Balance as of the last day of the prior Collection Period; provided, that for any Determination Date in respect of which the sum of the Hedge Percentages for all Applicable Caps and Applicable Swaps in effect as of the last day of the prior Collection Period would be greater than 100% based on the foregoing calculation (such Determination Date, an “Overhedge Date”), the sum of the Hedge Percentages for all such Applicable Caps shall be deemed to be equal to 100% minus the sum of the Hedge Percentages for all such Applicable Swaps.
