Hedge Treasury Note(s) definition

Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose duration (as determined by Prudential) most closely matches the duration of such Accepted Note.
Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose average life (as determined by PIM) most closely matches the average life of such Accepted Note.
Hedge Treasury Note(s) means, with respect to any Accepted Note, the United States Treasury Note or Notes whose cash flow duration (as determined by Prudential) most closely matches the duration of such Accepted Note.
