Floating Rate Notes definition

Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

Floating Rate Notes means any Subordinated Notes or Refinancing Notes issued with a floating or variable rate of interest.
