  • If the Calculation Agent determines in its sole discretion that, as at the Bridge Date, the Hedging Interest Amount does not equal the Interest Amount (as defined in the Conditions) payable in respect of the Notes on the Interest Payment Date on which the Bridge Date falls, then the Calculation Agent shall give written notice to the Protection Buyer and the Protection Seller (with a copy to the Issuing and Paying Agent) of such fact.
