Hedging Lender definition

Hedging Lender means any Lender or affiliate thereof which from time to time enters into a Hedging Agreement with the Company or any Subsidiary.
Hedging Lender means any Lender or affiliate thereof which from time to time enters into a Hedging Agreement with the Borrower.
Hedging Lender means any Affiliate of any Lender that is a party to Swap Contracts evidencing Hedging Obligations but is not a signatory to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Hedging Lender

Hedging Lender means a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender) in its capacity as provider of currency and/or interest rate hedging under any Hedging Agreement;
Hedging Lender means any Lender which from time to time enters into a Hedging Agreement with the Borrower.
Hedging Lender means a Lender (or an Affiliate of a Lender) or an entity that is a party to an existing derivative instrument entered into by the Parent in relation to the Existing Term Facilities, in its capacity as provider of currency and/or interest rate hedging under any Hedging Agreement;

Hedging Lender means any of the Lenders (or any Affiliate thereof) which is a party to the Inter Creditor Deed in such capacity.
