Canadian Swingline Lender means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Toronto Branch, in its capacity as lender of Canadian Swingline Loans hereunder.

Canadian Swingline Lender means Royal Bank of Canada, as the swing line lender for the Canadian Swingline Advances, or any successor swing line lender for Canadian Swingline Advances hereunder.
