Heights Originators definition

Heights Originators means the following Debtors: Southern Finance of South Carolina, Inc., Southern Finance of Tennessee, Inc., Covington Credit of Alabama, Inc., Quick Credit Corporation, Covington Credit, Inc., Covington Credit of Georgia, Inc., Covington Credit of Texas, Inc., Heights Finance Corporation (an Illinois corporation) and Heights Finance Corporation (a Tennessee corporation) (collectively, with First Heritage Originators, the “US Originators”).
Heights Originators means Heights Finance Corporation, an Illinois corporation, Heights Finance Corporation, a Tennessee corporation, Quick Credit Corporation, a South Carolina corporation, Southern Finance of South Carolina, Inc., a South Carolina corporation, Southern Finance of Tennessee, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, and any other entity approved in writing by the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders (a copy of which the Servicer shall provide to each Loan Rating Agency, if any).

Related to Heights Originators

  • School of origin means the school or preschool that a child or youth attended when permanently housed, or the school in which the child or youth was last enrolled. When a child or youth completes the final grade level served by the school of origin, the school of origin includes the designated receiving school at the next grade level for all feeder schools.

  • Originators have the meaning set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, as the same may be modified from time to time by adding new Originators or removing Originators, in each case with the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • Limited Originator Recourse means a letter of credit, cash collateral account or other such credit enhancement issued in connection with the incurrence of Indebtedness by a Securitization Subsidiary under a Qualified Securitization Financing.

  • Third Party Originating Carrier means a Telecommunications Carrier that originates Transit Traffic that transits AT&T-TSP’s network and is delivered to CLEC.

  • Loan originator The entity that closes a Mortgage Loan in its own name.

  • Originator means the sender of the first payment order in a funds transfer.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Receivables means the Accounts, Chattel Paper, Documents, Investment Property, Instruments and any other rights or claims to receive money which are General Intangibles or which are otherwise included as Collateral.

  • value of originating materials means the value of such materials as defined in (g) applied mutatis mutandis;

  • Qualified Originator means an originator of Mortgage Loans which is acceptable under the Underwriting Guidelines.

  • Country of origin means the place where the goods were mined, grown or produced or from which the services are supplied. Goods are produced when, through manufacturing, processing or substantial and major assembly of components, a commercially recognized new product results that is substantially different in basic characteristics or in purpose or utility from its components.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • Registered mortgage loan originator means any individual who:

  • Park Monaco Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Monaco is the applicable Seller.

  • Manufactured home park means any tract of land upon which three or more manufactured or mobile homes used for habitation are parked, either free of charge or for revenue purposes, and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as a part of the facilities of the park. "Manufactured home park" does not include any of the following:

  • GMAC GMAC Mortgage Corporation and its successors and assigns, in its capacity as Servicer of the GMAC Mortgage Loans.

  • CPS means Consumer Portfolio Services, Inc., a California corporation and its successors.

  • Transit village means a community with a bus, train, light rail,

  • Certificate of origin means the document provided by the manufacturer of a new motor vehicle, or

  • Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term "manufactured home" does not include a "recreational vehicle".

  • Park model recreational vehicle means a unit that:

  • Locational UCAP Seller means a Member that sells Locational UCAP.

  • Delinquency Collection Policies and Procedures The delinquency collection policies and procedures of the Interim Servicer, a copy of which is attached to the Interim Servicing Agreement as Exhibit 11.
