Heritage Assets definition

Heritage Assets means the listed buildings, historic parks and gardens, trees and archaeology and conservation areas at or in the vicinity of the Site and as shown on Plan [ ]14 and which includes their settings and the termHeritage Asset” shall be construed accordingly;
Heritage Assets means assets of cultural, environmental or historical significance such as works of art, historical buildings and statues;
Heritage Assets means all assets and properties of every kind, character and description, whether tangible, intangible, real, personal or mixed, which are owned, used or held for use by the Heritage Entities as of the date hereof.

  • As of the Closing, all tangible assets and properties included in the Heritage Assets will be in the possession, or under the control, of the Heritage Entities.
