Heritage Note Purchase Agreements definition
Heritage Note Purchase Agreements means collectively, (a) the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of June 25, 1996, among ▇▇▇▇ and the purchasers named therein, as amended and supplemented; (b) the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of November 19, 1997, among ▇▇▇▇ and the purchasers named therein, as amended and supplemented; and (c) the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of August 10, 2000 among ▇▇▇▇ and the purchasers named therein, as amended and supplemented.
Heritage Note Purchase Agreements has the meaning given to such term in Section 10.1(o).
