HFI ACCOUNTS definition
HFI ACCOUNTS means the accounts, contract rights, instruments, notes, drafts, documents, chattel paper, payment intangibles and other obligations or indebtedness owed to Borrower under or in connection with the HFI Receivables; all rights of Borrower to receive any payments in money or kind in respect of the foregoing; all guaranties of the foregoing and security therefor; all letters of credit, guarantee claims, security interests or other security held by or granted to Borrower to secure payment by an Account Debtor; all of the right, title, and interest of Borrower in and with respect to the goods, services, or other property that gave rise to or that secure any of the foregoing and insurance policies and proceeds relating thereto; and all rights of Borrower with respect to such goods and services, including, but not limited to, the rights of stoppage in transit, replevin, reclamation, and resale; and all proceeds of the foregoing, whether now owned or existing or hereafter created or acquired.
