The Tenant shall comply in all respects with all Implementing Rules and Regulations issued by HFZ Authority (as amended from time to time) and all Free Zone Circulars issued pursuant thereto and shall indemnify the Landlord on demand against all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, expenses, damages and liability whatsoever in respect of any non-compliance.
The Tenant shall pay all charges in respect of any telephone, telefax or fax services connected to the Premises together with any other charges levied by HFZ Authority from time to time.
