High Level Cost Estimate definition
High Level Cost Estimate means the number of hours of effort for the Concept, which may also include hardware and/or software estimates, as well as Third Party labor. The HCLE occurs early in the Define Phase of a Project and provides Amdocs with the tools necessary to (i) define system and network architecture approaches, (ii) ensure appropriate architecture alignment, and (iii) identify functionality impacts.
