High Quality Restaurant definition

High Quality Restaurant means a restaurant business which: (a) has the following characteristics: (i) has a food specialty or theme, (ii) serves food of high quality and attractive appearance, (iii) has waiter/waitress service, (iv) exhibits a high-quality architectural and/or decor statement, and (v) accepts reservations, and (b) has standards of service and quality equal to or better than those of typical high quality, “white tablecloth” (as those terms are generally defined at that time) restaurants in a Class A office building or hotel located in the Washington, D.C. area. Examples of local restaurants that currently meet the definition of High Quality Restaurant as of the date of this Lease include ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and Mortons.
