High Ranking Official definition
High Ranking Official means a director general and managing director who assumes the duties as the head of public service of a government department, organization or a person who holds similar designation or is a director of a state owned enterprise or state and private joint venture company, board, corporation or other organization or a person who holds a similar designation. In this expression, a person who is working as an acting officer of the above mentioned designation is included;
