High-Speed Internet Access definition

High-Speed Internet Access means an Internet access service, provided by C&W or another service provider, providing Bandwidth of 1024 kbps or higher.
High-Speed Internet Access means access to the public Internet at speeds generally faster than dial-up, i.e. at rates exceeding 50 kilobits per second. Delivery of Internet Protocol (IP) datagrams between subscriber-provided equipment, such as a personal computer, and the public Internet.
