high-value chemicals means all ethylene and associated by-products, other than hydrogen, that result from the ethylene production process, including, without limitation, propylene, butadiene and benzene;
high-value chemicals means all ethylene and associated by-products that result from the ethylene production process, including but not limited to propylene, butadiene, and benzene, but excluding associated hydrogen production;

Related to high-value chemicals

  • Chemicals means substances applied to forest lands or timber including pesticides, fertilizers, and other forest chemicals.

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Polymer means a substance consisting of molecules characterised by the sequence of one or more types of monomer units and comprising a simple weight majority of molecules containing at least three monomer units which are covalently bound to at least one other monomer unit or other reactant and consists of less than a simple weight majority of molecules of the same molecular weight. Such molecules must be distributed over a range of molecular weights wherein differences in the molecular weight are primarily attributable to differences in the number of monomer units. In the context of this definition a ‘monomer unit’ means the reacted form of a monomer in a polymer;

  • Chemical agent shall mean any compound which, when suitably disseminated, produces incapacitating, damaging or lethal effects on people, animals, plants or material property.

  • Tobacco means cigarettes, cigars, chewing or pipe tobacco, or any other item that contains tobacco.

  • mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

  • Tobacco paraphernalia means any item designed or marketed for the consumption, use, or preparation of Tobacco Products.

  • Plastics means synthetic materials chemically formed by the polymerization of organic (carbon-based) substances. Plastics are usually compounded with modifiers, extenders, and/or reinforcers and are capable of being molded, extruded, cast into various shapes and films or drawn into filaments.

  • Crop Tree means the largest undamaged conifer trees with good form and free of disease.

  • Short-rotation coppice means a specific management regime whereby the poles of trees are cut every one to two years and which is aimed at producing biomass for energy. It is exempt from the UK government timber procurement policy requirements and falls under agricultural regulation and supervision rather than forestry. The exemption only refers to short-rotation coppice, and not 'conventional' coppice which is forest management and therefore subject to the timber policy.

  • mean high water springs or “MHWS” means the highest level which spring tides reach on average over a period of time;

  • Taxable value per membership pupil means each of the following divided by the district’s membership:

  • Seasonal high water table means the level below the natural surface of the ground to which water seasonally rises in the soil in most years.

  • Community Contribution Company means a corporation formed under the laws of British Columbia that includes in its articles the following statement:

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • Tobacco retailer means any Person who Sells, offers for Sale, or does or offers to exchange for any form of consideration, tobacco, Tobacco Products, or Tobacco Paraphernalia. “Tobacco Retailing” shall mean the doing of any of these things. This definition is without regard to the quantity of Tobacco Products or Tobacco Paraphernalia sold, offered for Sale exchanged, or offered for exchange.

  • Cannabis retailer means any licensed person or entity that purchases or otherwise obtains usable cannabis from cannabis cultivators and cannabis items from cannabis manufacturers or cannabis wholesalers, and sells these to consumers from a retail store, and may use a cannabis delivery service or a certified cannabis handler for the off-premises delivery of cannabis items and related supplies to consumers. A cannabis retailer shall also accept consumer purchases to be fulfilled from its retail store that are presented by a cannabis delivery service which will be delivered by the cannabis delivery service to that consumer.

  • high seas means seas that are not within the seaward limits of—

  • Toxic chemical means a chemical or chemical category listed in 40 CFR 372.65.

  • Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.

  • Total tetrahydrocannabinol means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Sole source procurement means a procurement without competition pursuant to a determination under Subsection 63G-6a-802(1)(a) that there is only one source for the procurement item.

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Graham + Sibbald /"we"/"us"/"our" means Graham + Sibbald LLP, a limited liability partnership incorporated in Scotland (Registered Number SO307130) and having its registered office address at Seabraes House, 18 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB.
