High Yield Notes Discharge Date means the first date on which all High Yield Notes Liabilities have been fully and finally discharged to the satisfaction of each High Yield Notes Trustee (acting reasonably), whether or not as a result of an enforcement.

High Yield Notes Discharge Date means the date on which the Trustee has confirmed in writing to the Chargor that all obligations of the Obligors under the Indenture and the Secured Documents have been irrevocably and unconditionally discharged in full in cash.

  • The High Yield Notes Trustee shall promptly notify the Security Agent of the occurrence of the High Yield Notes Discharge Date.

  • Prior to receipt of any such notice, the Unsecured Senior Notes Trustee and the Second Lien Notes Trustee shall be entitled to assume that the High Yield Notes Discharge Date has not occurred.
