HIGHLY LEVERAGED EMPLOYEE definition
HIGHLY LEVERAGED EMPLOYEE means an employee who is so designated by the Employer or a Participating Company, in the sole discretion of the Employer or Participating Company, by virtue of the material emphasis by the Employer or a Participating Company, as the case may be, on variable or incentive pay.
