  • If this Agreement has been determined to constitute a business associate relationship under HIPAA and the HIPAA regulations, CONTRACTOR is the Business Associate of COUNTY and agrees to the HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) Addendum exhibit attached to this Agreement.
