Hire Charge definition

Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
Hire Charge means the total charge for the hire of the Vehicle as stated in Part A.
Hire Charge means the amount shown in (or calculated in accordance with) the Hire Schedule payable by the Hirer to hire the Plant.

Hire Charge means the total charge for the hire of the Vehicle stated on the Rental Agreement, payable by the Customer to ZMH in accordance with clause 2.
