Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
Hire Charges means all the charges, operator costs, Waiver Fee and other fees (as applicable) charged to you by us in respect of the hire of the Plant and Equipment.

Minimum Hire Charges – Please refer to the price list for our minimum hire charges (noted under respective sections) • Travel – Travel charge is 1 hour within 30 kilometres of the Brisbane CBD, extra travel will apply outside of the 30 kilometre radius (eg: up to 45kms = 1.5 hours travel, up to 60kms = 2 hours, up to 90kms = 3 hours) • Carry Over Travel – All machinery/tippers have a daily minimum 1 hour travel charge (extra travel applies if outside the 30kms radius).
If the equipment is not returned on the New Return Date or access is not granted to Alya Access to collect the Equipment, Hire Charges will continue to apply until Alya Access is able to collect the Equipment.

Hire Charges means the charges including the hire charges, delivery fee, Waiver Fee and other fees (as applicable) charged to you by us in respect of the hire of the Plant and Equipment.
