Examples of Hire Charges in a sentence
Client shall be liable for continuing Hire Charges at the same rate as provided in this Agreement: if Equipment is lost stolen damaged or destroyed, until its repair or replacement (in such case any continuing Hire Charges not to exceed a further 13 weeks rental); and, in the case of a Dry Hire or where Client arranges transit, if Equipment is returned late, until date of its actual return to CT.
All other taxes, duties and levies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or arising out of the use or possession of the Plant shall be paid by the Company and are deemed to be included in the Hire Charges.
If the Hirer cancels, the Federation’s sole liability to the Hirer shall be to refund to the Hirer the Hire Charges which the Hirer has paid.
If X is the Hirer: its liability for the indemnity in item 7.3. X’s liability to pay or refund Hire Charges as required under the Hiring Agreement.
Cancellation arrangements Only as indicated in the Hiring Form; or In the circumstances described in section 8 relating to force majeure events, in which case item 8.1 indicates the liability of the Federation to pay the Hirer refunds of the Hire Charges.
