Hire Commencement Date definition

Hire Commencement Date means the date set forth in the Certificate of Acceptance as the date upon which Hire shall commence, being the Tender Date, Re-tender Date or Delivery Date, as the case may be. “Hourly Rate of Hire” is defined in Clause 23.2(a).
