Historical Transactions definition

Historical Transactions has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereof.
Historical Transactions means the “Transactions” or “Amendment Transactions” or similar terms, as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement and the amendments thereto, including the payment of fees and expenses in connection therewith.
