HK Subsidiary definition

HK Subsidiary shall have the meaning as set forth in the Preamble.

HK Subsidiary means JiuFu Financial Information Service Limited, a company incorporated under the Laws of Hong Kong.

HK Subsidiary means WiMi Hologram Cloud Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong and of which 100% equity interest is directly owned by the Company.

• The business of the Company and the HK Subsidiary shall be restricted to the holding, management and disposition of equity interest in the WFOE.
