Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.
CSSF means the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier;
S&P means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto.
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
Rapid Amortization Event has the meaning given to it in Section 5.16.
Performing Cash Pay High Yield Securities means High Yield Securities (a) as to which, at the time of determination, not less than 2/3rds of the interest (including accretions and “pay-in-kind” interest) for the current monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual period (as applicable) is payable in cash and (b) which are Performing.
MFMA means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No 56 of 2003);
