HLB Connect definition

HLB Connect means the internet/ electronic banking facilities and/ or services provided by HLB/ HLISB by whatever name designated, for you to perform the services via the internet by electronic means via the use of a personal computer terminal or other electronic device (including mobile devices) which you may access upon the correct input of your Login Credentials. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, references to HLB Connect means and include reference to HLB Connect Online Banking, which may be accessed by you through the internet using personal computers or other electronic devices (including mobile devices).

HLB Connect means the internet banking services provided by the Bank to the Customer to allow the Customer to perform online banking transactions and includes any online services as may be offered, extended, supplemented, varied or withdrawn by the Bank at any time and from time to time;

  • For HLB Online customers, please log on to HLB Connect Online Banking and select “Setting” followed by “Update Contact Info”.9.

  • In addition to the T&Cs stipulated above, the Customers agree that the Terms and Conditions for the use of HLB Connect and the General Terms and Conditions of Accounts shall be read together with these T&Cs as an entire agreement.

  • Self de-registration – you are required to login to HLB Connect App to uninstall HLB Connect App from any registered Mobile Device.

  • Tài Khoản HLB Connect của Quý Khách sau đó sẽ được hủy trong vòng ba (03) Ngày Làm Việc kể từ khi HLBVN thực nhận được yêu cầu chấm dứt của Quý Khách.

  • Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the housing party.

  • Interconnect means to connect an alarm system including an automatic dialing device to a telephone line, either directly or through a mechanical device that utilizes a telephone, for the purpose of using the telephone line to transmit a message upon the activation of the alarm system.

  • Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.

  • China Connect Service means the order-routing service through which Northbound orders placed by an Exchange Participant may be transmitted by an SEHK Subsidiary to the corresponding China Connect Market for the buying and selling of China Connect Securities and any related supporting services.

  • Interconnector means equipment used to link the electricity system of the State to electricity systems outside of the State;

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:

  • Stock Connect means the securities trading and clearing linked programme with an aim to achieve mutual stock market access between mainland China and Hong Kong, comprising the Shanghai- Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect.

  • Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.

  • Interconnection is As Defined in the Act.

  • Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.

  • CCTV means Closed- Circuit Television

  • Illicit connection means any man-made conveyance connecting an illicit discharge directly to a municipal separate storm sewer.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Customer Interconnection Facilities means all facilities and equipment owned and/or controlled, operated and maintained by Interconnection Customer on Interconnection Customer’s side of the Point of Interconnection identified in the appropriate appendices to the Interconnection Service Agreement and to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, including any modifications, additions, or upgrades made to such facilities and equipment, that are necessary to physically and electrically interconnect the Customer Facility with the Transmission System.

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
