HMC Support Agreement definition

The obligations of the Borrower in respect of the Credit Documents constitute “Debt” (as defined in the HMC Support Agreement) and the term “Debt” as defined in the HMC Support Agreement includes the obligations under this Agreement in whatever amount the Borrower may from time to time authorize by resolution of its Board of Directors.
Promptly after the date that any amendment or modification of the HMC Support Agreement has become effective, the Borrower will deliver a copy of such amendment or modification to the Administrative Agent certified by an Authorized Officer of the Borrower to be a true and complete copy of the same.
