HNC Group means HNC and each of its subsidiaries, including without limitation HNB.

  • Retek shall not make any claim or demand or bring or commence any Action asserting any claim or demand, including any claim of contribution or indemnification, against HNC or any member of the HNC Group or any other Person released pursuant to Section 4.1(a), with respect to any Liabilities released pursuant to Section 4.1(a).
