HoldCo Collateral definition
HoldCo Collateral means any “Collateral” under and as defined in the HoldCo Pledge Agreement.
HoldCo Collateral means all property in which a Lien is granted or created (or purported to be granted or created) or that is assigned as security pursuant to any HoldCo Intercompany Loan Document in favor of the HoldCo Security Trustee for the benefit of the Borrower to secure the obligations of Fly HoldCo to the Borrower.
HoldCo Collateral means (i) all outstanding Capital Stock of Company, whether now outstanding or hereafter issued, (ii) all intercompany loans, notes, obligations and other claims of any and every type and description now owned or hereafter acquired by Holdco against Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries, (iii) all interest in any property of Company or any of its Restricted Subsidiaries now held or hereafter acquired by Holdco, and
