Holdco Group means Holdco and its Subsidiaries.

Holdco Group means, collectively, (i) the Company, (ii) any of the Company’s current or future direct or indirect subsidiaries or parents (a “Company Parent”) and (iii) any other direct or indirect subsidiary of any Company Parent, including, for the avoidance of doubt, WestRock Company and its direct or indirect subsidiaries, including, in each case, any successor to any such entity.
